I’ve had the privilege of knowing Sally for several years now. We first met at a friend's house party and since that time, we’ve kept in touch. She is a wonderful person to be around. She and her husband, Greg, are THE people you would want to invite over for a party…or make sure you get to theirs! Besides being an avid Rocker of all things 1970’s, she is a student of medicine and works hard to keep up to date and well versed on the ever progressing world of breast-feeding, plus she tells really really good jokes. Sally is one of the best know, lactation specialist in August as well as around the Southeast. She is passionate, but not pushy. She is good at what she does and doesn’t have an ounce of pomp or ego to get in the way. I also appreciate how personable and witty she is. We’ve had a few good conversations about the medical world, and I even interviewed her for our “10 Spot" article, in the middle of eating burritos at a local restaurant. All in all, she was the perfect person to be on our October issue, and I can speak for so many in saying that we are so very thankful for her work in Augusta.
